Southmedic's dermaplaning blade is specially designed for manual exfoliation of the epidermis.
The #10R blade on a 45 degree angle, carefully stroked across the desired area, removes the outermost layers of dead skin cells. Commonly referred to as a butter blade, the 10R blade is safe and effective for resurfacing the skin.

I just used this blade for the first time and it was truly and amazing upgrade from the Swann Morton. It was the fastest dermaplane time and her skin was flawless, no hair left behind and no second passes. Impressed!
